Product Overview
DLA220 features cutting-edge third-generation high-reflection thermal insulation and cooling technology. This multifunctional reflective sunscreen coating combines nano-composite resin as its base material, offering comprehensive protection against sunlight, heat, radiation, water, weather, and abrasion.
After painting, the substrate is cooled by 20-30℃ and the internal temperature is cooled by 8-12℃ to protect the substrate and prolong its life.
Technical Analysis
Solar thermal energy is primarily concentrated in three bands: ultraviolet thermal energy at 0.15-0.4μm, visible light thermal energy at 0.4-0.76μm, and infrared thermal energy above 0.76μm. The Earth receives thermal radiation from the sun across these bands, resulting in the accumulation of thermal energy on the surfaces of objects on Earth.
The DLA220 exhibits exceptional spectral reflection selectivity and comprehensive light-blocking performance across all wavelengths. Within the 0.2-1μm range, it achieves a peak reflectivity of 0.92, with a solar reflectivity ratio of ≥0.87 and hemispherical emissivity of ≥0.88. The surface temperature reduction exceeds 25°C, while the inner wall temperature decreases by 5-12°C.
At the same time, the coating also has three special functions, one is heat insulation, the other is radiation cooling, the third is to improve the surface air flow temperature difference of the coating.

- The insulation layer adopts hollow ceramic beads as the insulation material, forming a dense vacuum layer on the surface of the coating, which can effectively block the transfer of solar radiation heat and air heat radiation, so as to reduce the heat exchange between the inside and outside of the coated object.
- Reflective insulation materials mainly reflect near infrared and visible light in the range of 400-1000 nanometers.
- With high thermal radiation and heat insulation performance, the radiation insulation technology forms a special functional spectral selective coating on the coated surface, and uses specific infrared radiation to release the absorbed solar thermal radiation into outer space, so as to achieve excellent heat insulation and cooling effect.

New third generation technology
- The new third-generation reflective insulation and cooling technology and the nano-preparation technology of the adhesive ensure that the coating has the function of improving the thermal conductivity of the substrate from the most basic bonding layer. The bonding interface layer with the substrate can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity and heat transfer of the substrate, and block and cut the heat from the surface of the substrate.
- The third-generation high-reflectivity technology in the DLA220 system forms a highly reflective infrared opaque film upon curing, reflecting over 90% of sunlight while preventing heat accumulation at the surface. Combined with nano-preform technology, the filler achieves exceptional thermal reflection and insulation properties. The secondary reflective coating further enhances this performance, ensuring ultra-high thermal efficiency through minimal light transmission.
- The innovative application of the third generation of new nanomaterials aims to improve the thermal emissivity of the coating and the thermal shielding and heat resistance of the coating; radiative heat cooling, heat insulation and heat resistance cooling.
