New third generation technology
- The new third-generation nano ultra-lightweight insulation technology and the innovative application of nano slurry film are adopted. The biggest improvement advantage of the technology is to change the thermal conductivity of the substrate, reduce the thermal conductivity coefficient of the substrate interface, and reduce the heat bridge overlap to reduce heat transfer.
- The application of prefabricated technology for functional filling has two advantages. First, it further reduces the thermal conductivity of the functional heat barrier filler, resulting in lower heat transfer and thermal radiation performance. Second, it makes the outer wall of the vacuum state particles thicker, more sealed, and more durable, resulting in better insulation performance.
- From base materials to additives, all components are specially processed and pre-fabricated for film application and additive use.
